Imagine a little character with 3 characteristics

  1. Number of eyes
  2. Colour
  3. Number of sides

Now the fun starts

  • sort them in to groups
  • choose one at random to describe
  • create a bar chart based on 1 characteristic
  • create a pie chart based on 1 characteristic
  • create charts on 2 characteristics

Yr3/4 Literacy Blog

Year 3 and 4 students in Muxton Primary have been using a blog to share comments linked to 4 magazine advertisements they have been discussing.

This provides 360 degree views of places on Earth, the Moon and Mars. Here is a good example to get you started. What are they thinking?
